Not too hard of a lane, usually no matter how ahead she is you can always 1v1 her at level 6. Just be careful of her W spam and you should be okay.
Caitlyn
A good Caitlyn will always try to harass you out of lane. Wait until she uses her headshot on minions and wait our her auto attack timer to trade with her. Always remember that a tumble+auto > 2 Cait autos AND Vayne 3 autos> Cait 3 autos. Usually wait until level 6 and if she's not too far ahead you could 1v1 her if you outplay her hard enough. Just try not to get too behind and you should be okay.
Corki
Not the best against Vayne but do not get cocky. A good Corki will poke you down like hell especially at level 6 and will use their sheen and q efficiently. All-ins shouldn't be TOO difficult on this guy, though.
Draven
A very, very difficult opponent. He has about as much 1v1 potential as you with a lot more damage. He will chunk the heck out of you in lane and there's almost no way to do anything about it. You have to rely on your support and your csing skills to get way ahead of this guy to even be able to do anything to him. Basically: Do not try to fight him or extensively trade with him unless if you have a support who can CC and disable him or if you have a SUBSTANTIAL lead in CS or kills. Even outplay potential may not be enough to stop this monster.
Ezreal
Not too bad of an opponent. But, he shouldn't be taken too lightly. Just stay behind minions and your support so you don't fall victim to his q spam. Other than that, 1v1s and All-ins shouldn't be that hard.
Graves
May actually be a threat. Depends on the player. If he's good, he will be able to 1v1 you later no matter how built you are. He chunks like hell in lane and out of it so you need to be careful of that. Look for outplay potential in 1v1s and 2v2s to secure your victory. Early trades aren't the worst but may not be favorable due to his q, which could be avoided by your tumble.
Jhin
May or may not be a problem. This matchup depends on your support. Jhin could either poke you out or puss out in lane. 1v1s are BREEZE against this guy, he has little duel potential, except when he's very ahead.
Jinx
Not the worst lane. You both scale late game but Vayne has the upper hand level 6. 1v1s are really easy because Jinx has little outplay potential. Be careful of Jinx's early rocket and w poke, however.
Kalista
This lane is a breeze if you don't get destroyed pre level 4. After level 6, Kalista shouldn't even be a problem anymore (unless if she's really ahead.) 1v1s and 2v2s are really easy against her, just catch her in a spot and condemn her so she's motionless.
Kog'Maw
Not a fun person to play against. Almost as bad as Draven. Once this guy has Runaan's and Guinsoo's, you probably won't even be able to touch him, let alone 1v1 or 2v2 him. Just try to get an early lane advantage but once you hear that "enemy double kill" just farm and don't try to fight him again, because he will hit a lot harder next time.
Lucian
With the new Lucian build out and about, this guy got a lot more deadly. In and out of the laning phase. I would not recommend trading early because there's a great chance this guy will win due to his passive. Tumble out of his Q's and look for a good opportunity to 2v2 with your support IF they can disable him. 1v1s are really risky.
Miss Fortune
Miss Fortune is annoying to play against, but is very easy to duel. You need to be careful of her q poke and always tumble out of her ultimate as fast as you can. When she gets too ahead, her kit can go deadly.
Quinn
Annoying lane due to her blind. 1v1s shouldn't be that bad because you have much more outplay potential than her but be careful if she's really ahead.
Sivir
Fairly easy opponent. Pre level 3 and her first back will be a bit tough because her q and w will sting, but she has a very low chance of successfully 1v1ing you. She usually needs ganks to even successfully win lane against you.
Tristana
Tristana is a fairly known counter to Vayne because of her hard scaling and massive damage ult. This is basically a skill matchup and you should only be really worried if she gets a bit ahead. Always stay on top of her in terms of csing and look for outplay potential in terms of 1v1s and 2v2s.
Twitch
You can 1v1 him, if you have fast reaction time and if you're not getting caught out. He will stealth around everywhere and it is a bit annoying but in a fair fight you win because of your true damage. He is immobile other than his stealth, so take advantage of that. His 2v2 and teamfight is pretty strong though. Laning phase is a skill matchup but will usually go in Vayne's favor.
Urgot
Who even plays Urgot anymore? Hehe, just kidding, (not really) but this guy is immobile and very easy to just pin up against a wall and kill, no matter how ahead he is.
Varus
Watch out for his strong early and Q poke. Use your Q to dodge his Q. 1v1s shouldn't be that bad especially if you can dodge his skillshots really well. Late game you murder him.
8 AD Marks- Self explanatory. Damages.
1 CRIT Mark- Just, that chance. You know? Could help in the best of situations. Trust Luck.
9 ARMOR Seals- Self explanatory. Stay alive.
5 MR Glyphs- Self explanatory. Don't die by mages.
4 ATKSPD Glyphs- Okay so, I like running this because it feels a lot smoother in the laning phase, but at the cost of dying later to those AP people. It helps you not cancel a lot more autos and such with more attack speed. I'd recommend to try this but if you die too easily then just go back to the 9 MR Glyphs.
