Vayne is one of the Strongest Hyper Carrys in ranked right now, being up there at the top along with jinx. She has a weak early game, but scales into the Late game with amazing potential.

Team Work is VERY IMPORTANT IN ANY LEAGUE MATCH.
It doesnt matter what role you are, i cant stress it more. YOU MUST HAVE TEAMWORK MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE. EVEN INDIVIDUAL SKILL.

The most important skill on vayne, in my personal opinion, is knowing how to kite and position.
Once you know that, you will get much farther than if you dont know how to.

easily the most important thing in the game. its more important than anything you can be doing, especially on a adc, or a hyper carry of any kind. Knowing how to farm is the most important mechanic to master, if you outfarm your lane, you will win bot lane no matter what. even if your lane opponent has kills on you, if you outfarm them, you can outplay them. Master farming, win the game.

Vayne is one of the strongest champions in the game to carry with, her late game potention is just simply amazing once you know how to play her correctly. She has the highest single target DPS of any of the ADC's as of right now.
