Introduction

Before I get started, I am warning you people will rage and get so pissed! you will hear several times if you play Vayne properly

OMGWTFBBQ HOW THE HELL DID SHE KILL ME!

This is my first build so bare with me, and with your thoughts and comments I shall update accordingly!

Vayne imo is one of the best AD carry champs in the game thus far! Below I will do my best to explain how I have come to believe this to be so!

Updates

05/23/2011 -- Added a Second Build - This build incorporated a Phantom Dancer instead of a Trinity Force.

05/23/2011 -- Changed the item build sequence, noticed that it was too lenghty and seemed confusing, So I shortened it and made it much more clear and concise.

05/23/2011 -- Changed the purchasing order of Trinity Force, now purchasing Madred's Bloodrazor before Trinity Force.

05/23/2011 -- Added a Third Build! This build intergrates an Infinity Edge very early in the build to try and max your 1k damage early on in the game!

05/24/2011 -- Switched back the order instead of Madred's first reconsidered this idea and definately grabbing Trinity first, we need that Sheen!

05/24/2011 -- After shortening the item build, noticed that early game, mid game and late game items were not correct so had to change the order changes throughout my build.

05/24/2011 -- Gave the build a huge update, gave it a once over changed the wording and the thought process behind the item choices.

05/24/2011 -- Changed Build #2 dropped the Phantom Dancer, and left that as an optional item. The Real differences in build number 2 is a rush to get sheen, then another rush to get Trinity Force.

Thoughts

I have been playing Vayne sense she was released, and she is a very fun champion but can also be very annoying.. The reason i say annoying is because once you start pulling off kills, people start to focus you and it can get very frustrating. Secondly you actually have to be aware of what your doing when playing vayne, you cant be that yi who runs in and right clicks FTW.. Doesnt work that way with Vayne, you have to tumble constantly and play smart.

Vayne is great early game, but only great if you have tier 3 greater mark of desolation and greater quintessence of desolation AND take I have seen many ppl take other things besides like But that doesnt work out in her case, you may be able to survive longer in the laning phase, but u definately wont pick up kills as easily as you could if you grabbed

I honestly recomend playing vayne in a duo lane, simply because, she is meant for early game kills, not to be the ultimate main carry, (yes she is designed to be a carry but hear me out) in mid lane you wont get a kill very often, unless the other player truly sucks, but if your in a top or bot lane working with someone that gives vayne some solid synergy, such as someone that can deal dps and stun, or cc like xin. You get some early kills and then you snowball. just because vayne has range doesnt make her a strong mid.

now items are very important with vayne, if you have played her you noticed how stupid slow her attacks are early game, but when she lands a hit, it makes you laugh how hard she hits (omgwtfbbq VAYNE YOU HIT LIKE A TRUCK -- LOL I KNOW :P)

Early Game

So you want a pro build then follow this, its what i have been using and i love it:
so early game lets build this:

These items for early game Are a must! Everyone runs from vayne you will chase 80% of the game - so you need!!

Not only are you going to be chasing but you want your attacks to not only hit hard but to also hit fast!

Thats where comes into play! Everything Vayne needs put into one item! attack speed, attack damage, and best passive in the game(an item that reduces armor per hit)

+ is some of the best synergy you can possibly have on Vayne. From alone we are talking 45 armor reduction with max stacks + the 55 attack damage not to mention what brings to the table every third hit!

Viable options would be instead of grab

Now we are pretty BA, and can pull off some easy kills early game, once you have that you will be feared on the field!

Mid Game

So now that we have our and we are rolling people and they are screaming and QQ, saying that vayne is op needs nerf hammer now!! Funny thing is we are just getting warmed up, time to really make them QQ!

Well now that we are hitting like a truck and are hopefully around lvl 6-9 we notice that yes vayne is ripping face, but its taking forever to do so.... So what next?

Well the obvious answer is lets get vayne some more attack speed, besides she REALLY needs it!

The reason for the so early in the game is because we are still fairly squishy and need some more survivability, besides lets face it just isnt cutting it anymore. We need more lifesteal!

Once we have our and we are doing pretty good on the field, but now they have a beefy tank. How better to deal with that tank then to finish building your not only will you rip that tank to pieces but you will also be getting some well needed armor.

So what do we build next? Well lets move on to what really makes Vayne superior to other champions

Now the reason we build vs going with and is simple, first off its cheaper, secondly it only takes up 1 item slot vs 2, thirdly the passive not only slows but it also procs an increase of 150% Attack Damage for one attack after every cast. That means after every your going to deal increased damage!

Another great reason to pick is because of the survivability it brings to the table, your gaining 250 health, 250 mana and 12 movement speed. Lastly this is an all around great item for vayne, and lets face it, majority of gamess we dont even have time to build full builds, and would only be if your very fed and late in late game. so build your

At this point, mid game, you should have several kills and be well feared, everyone will begin to focus you!

Late Game

Now we are really dominating the field, but like most champions we need some surv. So how better to do that with a carry champ then with lifesteal!! But we notice all of our bag slots are full, so what to do?

Now your virtualy unstoppable 1v1 and you will for sure be always focused so always stick with your team, and go in after the fight begins dont be that dumbass vayne that runs in first and dies, thinking they are God mode!

6th item!!!!!

Your 6th item is always optional and always situational: i like but some times i just want to omgwtfbbq roll the nubs on the other team so you can always grab a or grab this will further increase your attack speed and movement speed! If not is always a viable item too!

Thats it, thats how you roll with Vayne, trust me i love this champion, she is unique and she is epic!!!
