This build is under construction and as it is a pure cannon glass build, it isn't advisable for players new to Veigar until I've written the full guide, but more experienced players are welcome to try it. However, even for experience players this build might feel too squishy, so play it very safely. After I'm done writing it, you will hopefully be able to understand how to not die with Veigar using this build.

I'm going to write the guide soon on how to properly use this build, which has been perfected over the last 2 years and updated according to patch nerfs and buffs on items, as well as new items.

I've added notes on each Purchase Order to explain the choices you can make and why. I will later include those notes and explain them more thoroughly across this guide.

Note that this is a pure cannon glass build designed to make you nuke anyone with your burst and even one shot some squishies, you may even do multiple kills by landing a successful Dark Matter on a team or by choosing carefully which squishies get which spells. (Imagine catching both Cait and Lux in your stun, throwing DFG and Dark Matter to kill Cait, while throwing your Ultimate and Q onto Lux, making it easier for your team to do a 5v3, or 4v3 while you have CDs)

If you want to add a Mejai's, go ahead, you probably want to do it either after Kage's or after DFG. However, I prefer to not do Mejai's since you may end up losing stacks, making it a very unsafe item choice. I would rather stick with a safe build that still grants me a lot of power. Besides, DFG and Morello will give you all the CDR you need.

The best synergy combo would be to get Liandry's, Rylai's and Morello together, letting you cast a powerful ignite that burns for 10% of their HP, per spell. However, for a more nuke-powered combo, I'd go with Lich Bane to add that extra 800-1000 damage with an auto-attack, which lets you do multi-kills. And maybe use Void Staff and Zhonya's instead of Liandry's and Morello.
