Usually Vi is not a strong pick on top, normally she is played on jungle and i saw too many players belive that if they play well Vi as jungle they will play well her as top, but it is not.
So, if you are a inexperienced player I recomend to go with Ignite, but if you want to gank bot lane and help your adc you should go with Teleport maybe this will make you lose some kill potential but is best for your team.

Try to no use Your E to spam wasting a lot of mana to do so, you need the mana.

Your Ulti (R) can be a powerfull weapon to FOCUS the AD Carry, so your jungle should be Ammumu, Zac, Malph or Sejuani you will need a good starter
