Runes and masteries

I take attack speed marks Greater Mark of Attack Speed , flat armor seals Greater Seal of Armor and some flat magic resist glyphs Greater Glyph of Magic Resist and last but not least flat hp quints Greater Quintessence of Health . Which will give me some needed attack speed but also some overall needed "tankiness". For my masteries i take 9-21-0. Where i take attack speed, armor penetration, hp, hp5, armor and magic resist

Items

The items i choose is supposed to make him a bit tanky, but still deal alot of damage with his Frenzy .
Later in the game i also focused on making him a bit more of a tank then in early game.
But to be a bit more specific
I take Doran's Shield to have a bit hp to do dmg with my w, armor and some nice hp5.
then i get some much needed boots. Then i save for a giant´s belt which will make me a bit tanky in early game and also give me damage for my Frenzy , and it also builds into a Frozen Mallet.
My tier 2 boots is mercury´s treads because there is not really another boots that fit him better.
Then i get a Nomad's Medallion which i later build into a shurelyas reverie.
My first big item is Frozen Mallet, which i get to slow enemies with my auto attacks, and its also gives a small bit of ad, and lots of health!
Then i get a Rylai's Crystal Scepter, so my abilities also will slow and it gives some needed ap and health.
Then i get shurelyas reverie for hp and mana reg, hp, CDR and a mega good active
In late game you cant really deal the same amounts of damage so my last 2 items are a bit more tank oriented.
So i get Aegis of the Legion for some overall tankage and a little bit of AD
my last item is Banshees veil, a really good item for every genre of champions on lol, it also gives some HP so moore damage :D

Skill Sequence

My main goal is to max my Frenzy first, then Sky Splitter and lastly Thundering Smash. Obiously i take Stormbringer whenever avaible.
This will give me as much damage as possible on my Frenzy early game, epic slow in mid and some Fling action end game

Summoner Spells

I basically always pick Flash, its still pretty much the best summoner spell in the game so far.
Then i switch between Exhaust and Ignite but iginte is good for finishing off people and Exhaust is good because you can 1v1 anyone
