Introduction
Items
Sanguine Blade can be switched out for zeke's herald and Zephyr can be switched out for Nashor's Tooth. Maw of Malmortius is also unnecessary. You can switch this item out for something situational. I have also sometimes switched it out for Sunfire Aegis. Black Cleaver can be switched out for Infinity Edge but I don't recommend it. furor can also be switched for something that suits your preference.
Spells
I love having this. Especially on dominion.
This spell is also great and sometimes I use it right as The Relentless Storm procs.
These two can be used instead of Heal
