Hello everyone and welcome to my guide. My motivation for writing this guide is simple: He is my most played and favorite champion in this game. I have 268 ranked games with him as of now, and I would like to share my way of playing Renekton, and why I like him so much. I hope you guys enjoy this guide and I hope that you will learn something or improve your Renekton play.

I decided to discuss good team comps for because it's important that you pick him into the right composition. When should you pick Renekton? He's a really safe first pick with few champions that can handle him. You pick him for massive early laning power and lane dominance. He has the strongest early game of any top laner. He's a great teamfighter( he has a stun, and 3 AOE abilities). Enough chat, lets take a look at a perfect team comp. **This is a chapter for ranked 5s,so if you don't really play ranked 5s you can skip this chapter.**

The idea behind this team comp is simple: You have 3 amazing front line tanks, , and . Then you have AMAZING siege with and a relatively safe ADC despite a 50 range nerf with . The teamfight synergy is also amazing: Jarvan starts the fight with his ult, followed by Leona. Then you have Renekton hammering on the backline of the enemy team,Leona can effectively peel for Lucian if she needs to.

The idea behind this second team comp is extremely simple: will be the core of this team. will provide the CC and lockdown that the team needs. provides a huge amount of utility as well as decent AOE damage. Zilean and will protect vayne and provide all around utility while Renekton will be in the fray of the fight, dishing out mixed aoe damage with his ult and sunfire. will have no problems getting to the backline with the speed boosts this team comp has with the lockdown that nautilus provides.
To finish this chapter, these are just 2 of my favorite ranked 5s comps to run with Renekton, and I highly recommend these 2 to anyone willing to play ranked 5s :)
