Summary
This build was inspired by the 5v5 guide from BlackIceT. I found it works well in Twisted Treeline, however there are some items you can not get in that game mode. So I have revised it a little to fit the 3v3 map.
I may come back to this and edit it for some more information. If you would like any specific info put in this guide, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate it in.
