Aphelios is not really a problem for samira especially if you can w his ult.
Doran's or Long sword depending on the support.
Ashe
Ashe is annoying af but not really a threat, you should try to survive her poke until level 3 and then if you all-in her she is going to die. Long sword start.
Caitlyn
Cailtyn is kind of like ashe but with more kill pressure. You'll have to respect her and try not to get poked down until level 3 and you could try to look for an all-in at that level. Long sword start.
Corki
Corki is a weird one, I have not really played against him a lot so I can't really articulate what you should do but I believe that you could try to engage at level 2 or 3.
Draven
Draven is a skill matchup but favors slightly Samira.
You should try to survive until level 3 and you could fight him then but you'll have to block his axes with your W.
Ezreal
You can kill him whenever most likely just dodge his q.
Jhin
You can kill him at level 2 or 3 just dodge his 4th shot with your W.
Jinx
She is kind of like Ashe and Caitlyn but she can burn through her mana rather easily if she tries to harass you a lot with her Q. You can kill her at level 2 and 3. The interaction if you use your W and she uses E is kind of weird, I'll showcase it in a video down below.
Kai'Sa
Kai'sa is a skill matchup for Samira.
You could try to engage at level 2 or 3 but be careful of her Q and W you can block both of them with your W.
Kalista
It's a skill matchup but you can only block her Q with your W so just kill her ig.
Kog'Maw
Kog'Maw is really is to deal with since he has no mobility. Try not to get auto attacked when he used his W and you can kill at level 2 and 3.
Lucian
Just approach him like Kai'Sa. Note that you can't block his Q or his W if you are not close enough for it. You can kill him at level 2 or 3.
Miss Fortune
She is annoying af if she plays with comet but she is really easy to kill, try to avoid getting hit until level 3 and then engage.
Samira
Stop playing blind pick :x
Sivir
Similar with Caitlyn and comet MF, very annoying to deal with. You should try to stay alive until level 3 and if you have a bit less or the same hp you can probably kill her if you she doesn't have her spellshield.
Tristana
This matchup is interesting, you can block her grenade(E) and if you do that you'll most likely win the fight, but if you don't there's a high chance that she will so watchout for that E. Pro tip, they usually do it after they W on you.
Twitch
Just kill the rat at level 2 or 3 pretty easy. Note that you can't block his E.
Varus
You can block his Q, E, and R. You can kill him at level 2 or 3, if he ults you then block his Q and if you see his ult coming just block that.
Vayne
Watchout for her E and just block that you should kill her at level 3.
Xayah
You can either block her feathers on their way to you when they are in front of u or when they are behind you. It's probably better to wait for her to pull the feathers and then just W. Engage at level 3.
Alistar
Cow is pretty cool if he knows what he's doing.
Amumu
