I just otp , that's all you need to know.

Why Yorick in the Jungle?

For those of you who had experience with Yorick in top lane, you understand that his early game is a bit weak and often times you have to sit back and act all careful until level 6. All that was pretty boring and feels like wasted potential, so I thought about it for a bit: Why not Yorick in the jungle?

It's easier to snowball since his clear speed is on-par with other junglers, if not faster, and you make more impact on the map with your mistwalkers around. You can easily solo Baron at 20 minutes and take objectives insanely fast with 4 ghouls and maiden.

Things to Consider

Snowballs hard when ahead
Dark Procession around objectives to create chokepoints and disorient enemy team during fights
Capable of soloing objectives quickly with the help of Shepherd of Souls and Eulogy of the Isles
Able to 9-10 cs/min while making impacts around the map
4 kids and a wife

Some teammates might flame you for playing off-meta
Significant reduction to clearing speed and fighting potential if Eulogy of the Isles died early game
Low innate mobility compared to average jungler
Scaling champion; every mistake early game hinders your potential to scale and carry
Complex jungle playstyle with Shepherd of Souls management; requires proper understanding of Yorick's kit
Vulnerable without Shepherd of Souls and Eulogy of the Isles

Note: It's definitely possible to clear a few seconds faster than what's shown in this video if using the correct runes. Majority of the possible time that can be shaved off comes from the 2 rune, which was not used in the video (1 rune + 1 rune). There is a chance that I will redo the video but I'm busy with life so it may take some time.

Extra Things Worth Mentioning

Remember to bring 2 Adaptive Force rune instead of 1 Attack Speed + 1 Adaptive Force.
You clear faster and do more damage since your ghouls will do a lot of the work. Attack Speed rune is good in top lane but Adaptive Force is better in the jungle.
