CONS

Red side

video version:

text version:
As long as you dont get counterjungled this clear is the best in my opinion. Start Bluebuff followed up by the Gromp. After this you go to the Crab at the lower river. The Crab spawns right in as you arrive. As you finished the Crab you go to the Wolves, then to the Raptors. As you are on your way to the Golems, you ward the bush above the Redbuff and then kill the Golems. After Golems you kill the Redbuff. If top/mid doesnt look gankable go back.

Blue side

video version:

text version:
You start Bluebuff. After the bluebuff you go to the ENEMY Golems and kill them. On your way back through the trybush you go to the Crab in the upper river but if the toplane looks yummy you use a pot and gank him. After this you do Gromp, Wolves, Raptors, Golems and Redbuff. If bot/mid doesnt look gankable go back.

After your first clear

As soon as you are back, buy Hunter's Potion, Dark Seal and Boots (if possible some Control Ward). Then you go to your Gromp and do the same clear again. Now you should be level 6 and able to gank.

As soon as you hit level 6 you start ganking and just walk from lane to lane killing everybody who is in your way but dont waste your time, if there is no gank possible just move on. If your ultimate isnt up just farm so you dont fall behind. As soon as you are invisible always try to position yourself behind the enemy, then charm him and burst him together with your laner. In some cases you attack before you are able to charm. If your laner is about to die attack him earlier. You are a squishy assasin so be carefull especially at the botlane. Your botlane might not react and let you alone in a 1 vs 2. You can easily towerdive with Evelynn if necessary. Her Last Caress makes you untouchableand makes the tower lose aggro on you (if there are minions or teammates available of course). You need to look for yourself which lane is gankable. An afk toplane with 2 fulltanks are not worth to gank it would just be a waste of time. Same with a mobile champion like fizz if hes not dumb he gets away easily.

The midgame for me is the time where I am able to gank (level 6). Always get your buffs dont let the enemy jungler get them. As you hit level 6 you can play together with your midlane for example to straight up delete the enemy jungler. If you spotted the enemy jungler and he is far enough away you can sneak invisible into the drake pit and kill him without anybody noticing (If the enemys didnt ward inside the drake pit). Sometimes its better to just camp one lane to make your midlaner for example op af or even tilt the enemy yasou out of the match. Its important that you rule the game midgame... the lategame is very hard and not carryable for Evelynn.

The lategame is the phase for enemys start to group and it gets very hard to get single picks. Its easy to secure and steal dragons/barons because you can combine your ultimate with smite to deal about 2000dmg at once with the right timing. In teamfights you try to come from behind and if possible killing the enemy adc or midlaner and dealing as much damage as you can to the enemy team with your ultimate followed by an escape. Try to avoid endgame because it depends a lot on your team... most of the time you can only get one pick which sometimes isnt enough.

Keystone

Electrocute
  • Electrocute: Basic attacks and abilities generate stacks on enemy champions hit, up to one per attack or cast. Applying 3 stacks to a target within a 3 second period causes them to be struck by lightning, dealing them 50 - 220 (based on level) (+ 50% bonus AD) (+ 30% AP) Adaptive damage.
ADAPTIVE DAMAGE: Deals either physical or magic damage depending on your bonus statistics, defaulting to physical damage.

    50 - 25 (based on level) seconds

Dark Harvest
  • Dark Harvest: Damaging a champion below 50% of their maximum health deals 20 − 60 (based on level) (+ 5 per Soul) (+ 25% bonus AD) (+ 15% AP) bonus Attack damageAbility power Adaptive damage and reaps 1 Soul. This cannot occur again for 45 seconds, resetting to 1.5 seconds on champion Damage rating takedown.

Conclusion: There are two possibilitys, Electrocute and Dark Harvest. Electrocute is stronger early game while Dark Harvest is better for late obviously. i pref electrocute. Predator is not worth.

Slot 1

Sudden Impact
  • Sudden Impact: Going in combat by affecting an enemy champion within 3 seconds of using a dash, blink or Teleport, or exiting from invisibility or camouflage, grants 10 Lethality and 8 Magic Penetration for the next 5 seconds.
If the triggering effect deals damage it will also benefit from the penetration.

Conclusion: Cheap Shot and Taste of Blood are useless for Evelynn because the magic penetration from the combination of Sudden Impact, Sorcerer's Shoes and Allure is too important and will do true damage to squishy targets. Sudden Impact gets activated always as soon as you leave invisibility or use your Flash.

Slot 2

Eyeball Collection
  • Eyeball Collection: Collect 1 Eyeball per champion Damage rating takedown, up to 10.
Gain 1.2 bonus Attack Damage or 2 Ability Power (Adaptive) per Eyeball collected, up to 12 bonus Attack Damage or 20 Ability Power (Adaptive). Completing your collection awards an additional 6 bonus Attack Damage or 10 Ability Power (Adaptive).

Conclusion: Ghost Poro is only usefull on 3v3. I personally prefer Eyeball Collection but you can also use Zombie Ward if you prefer it. Eyeball Collection gives you 30AP for lategame which is great for a burst champion like Evelynn.

Slot 3

Relentless Hunter
  • Relentless Hunter: You get 8 out of combat movementspeed and 8 movementspeed for every stack.
Earn a Bounty Hunter stack the first time you get a takedown on each enemy champion.

Conclusion: you use Ultimate Hunter or Relentless Hunter. Relentless Hunter is good on eve because the extra movementspeed is especially usefull while beeing invisible. The rune makes it easier to catch up to people you wanna charm. i prefere Relentless Hunter

Slot 1

Gathering storm

Conclusion: Use Waterwalking or Scorch but I prefer Gathering Storm. scorch does 0 dmg and u cant use it rly often and and waterwalking... i dont know its rly rare worth in my games. gathering storm is my go to after a lot testing.
Slot 2

Absolute focus
  • Absolute Focus: While above 70% health, gain an adaptive bonus of 3-24 attack damage or 5-40 ability power (based on level).

Conclusion: after these 1000 nerfes of celerity i would prefere absolute focus :)

Demon Shade (Passive)

INNATE: Evelynn gains Demon Shade after not taking damage from enemy champions or turrets for 1.5 seconds, or after 4 seconds of basic attacking or casting an ability.

DEMON SHADE: While below 250 - 590 (based on level) (+ 250% AP) health, Evelynn restores 15 - 75 (based on level) health every second. From level 6 onward, Demon Shade also grants camouflage.

Wait for her passive to recharge your health as high as possible..use your refillable/hunters potions after. In lategame you have enough AP to heal your full health with the passive so dont go back to early.. you can heal yourself with the passive pretty fast. After you got spotted always walk into another direction than you want to, as you get invisible again walk to your destination. When you gank somebody and he only gets lowlife just pretend going back.. as you get invisible just try killing him again ,works very often.

Hate Spike (Q)

RANGE: 800
COST: 40/45/50/55/60 mana
COOLDOWN: 8

BARRAGE COOLDOWN: 0.5[/size]
DART: Evelynn flourishes her lashers, launching a dart in the target direction, dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit. Hitting a monster refunds 60% of the cooldown.
25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 (+ 30% AP)

For the next 4 seconds the enemy hit takes bonus magic damage from her next 3 basic attacks or abilities.
Hate Spike may be re-activated up to 3 times at no cost until the ability comes off cooldown.
10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 25% AP) x3

SPIKES: Evelynn projects a line of spikes in the direction of her attack target, dealing magic damage to all enemies struck. Hate Spike will prioritize the nearest enemy if she does not have an attack target.
25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 (+ 30% AP) x3

Dont waste your Q, you´ll still get the spikes but you only get half the damage from your spikes. If you dont hit the Q early you have a 8 sec cooldown which is your main damage spell.

Allure (W)

RANGE: 1200 / 1300 / 1400 / 1500 / 1600
COST: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11
ACTIVE: Evelynn curses the target champion or monster for 5 seconds.

Evelynn´s next basic attack or ability against the accursed expunges them, slowing them by 65%.

Expunging a target will refund Allure's mana cost. If the target is cursed for at least 2.5 seconds she also charms them, as well as applying additional effects based on the target type.

Against champions, the expunge also reduces their magic resistance for 4 seconds. Against monsters, the expunge deals bonus magic damage and the charm lasts for 2 more seconds.

VS CHAMPS
1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2s charm duration
VS MONSTER
3 / 3.25 / 3.5 / 3.75 / 4s charm duration
MAGIC RESISTANCE REDUCTION:
25 / 27.5 / 30 / 32.5 / 35%
BONUS MAGIC DAMAGE:
250 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 (+ 60% AP)
If you use your W but miss the Q sometimes the enemy walks back up the you. But the spikes can prog the charm to.. if you work together with your laner you should have enough damage. Often they try to dodge your Q when you used your W..sometimes its easyer to just walk up on them and autoattack. The W gets only proggt by own spells and attacks.. ludens and smite wont prog your charm. You can use your smite while you are channeling your W to get closer to the enemy making it easyer to charm him. Sometimes in teamfights its better to just use your W on somebody to scare him but attacking someone else, if you finish him off with you R try hit the guy that you charmed earlyer for a freekill (mindgames). As your charm is able to be triggered an arrow is pointing at your direction... try to fire your Q so it hits as soon as the charm is able to be triggerd. Learning this is quite important.. you will sometimes shoot to early but thats part of the learning process. Somtimes its better to reactivate your W to just slow the enemy.

Whiplash (E)

RANGE: 225
COST: 40/45/50/55/60 mana
COOLDOWN: 8
ACTIVE: Evelynn whips the target enemy with her lashers, applying effects, dealing magic damage. The percent health ratio deals a minimum of 25 damage.

Evelynn also gains 30% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds.

Gaining Demon Shade resets Whiplash's cooldown and empowers the next cast.

55 / 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 (+ 3% (+ 1.5% per 100 AP) of target's maximum health)

EMPOWERED ACTIVE: Evelynn dashes toward the target enemy, dealing increased damage as well as damaging all enemies she passes through. On-hit effects are only applied to her target.

95 / 115 / 135 / 155 / 175 (+ 4% (+ 2.5% per 100 AP) of target's maximum health)

In the jungle dont attack imediatly.. if it just needs 0.5secs or something like that to empower, just wait that time. If you attack Dragon/Baron just use your Q/E after this you use your charm walk away, wait till you are in your passive to get the E empowered again and then attack the dragon/baron again.. you´ll get the maximum damage output this way.

Last Caress (R)

RANGE: 450
COST: 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 140/110/80
ACTIVE: Evelynn becomes untargetable as she reveals her true form to all enemies in front of her, before blinking back 725 units.

Enemies caught in her reveal are devastated, taking magic damage, doubled against enemies below 30% of their maximum health.

150 / 275 / 400 (+ 75% AP)

EMPOWERED DAMAGE:
300 / 550 / 800 (+ 150% AP)

If you have multiple low enemys after a teamfight dont just go for one... try to flash so you can hit multiple enemys with it. At dragon/baron you can easily do 2000+dmg lategame if you use the charm and ultimate+smite together..you can steal barons and drakes this way pretty good just learn it in a costum game. After you are inside the enemy after a Q/E combo you can still hit your Ultimate even if the enemy is slightly behind you. Use this to get a better position after your ultimate to escape other enemys if necessary. Sometimes its better to use your flash to escape than your ultimate.. you flash wont deal damage in the next possible fight. You can easily towerdive with Evelynn ,always take aggro with her because you will be untouchable and loose aggro as soon as you use your ultimate.
