Welcome this is my first guide, I did well with this build if you do well or just like it +1 it if you don't oh well...

His name is Zac he was the cutest science experiment ever.

PROS
+he has the greatest mobility
+built in escape mechanic
+an AP with no mana
+excellent sustain
+you have 3 CC's
+you can tower dive like crazy and live

CONS
+big cooldown
+moves consume health
+your blobs can be killed
+blobs from cell division can be smited

Cell Division if used correctly can save you from a losing battle fast
-this is also your greatest offence if you plan it correctly you can make what would have been a death a multi-kill.
-if your close to a wall the blobs spawned from it practically appear on top of your corpse and go in in a matter a of seconds.

Stretching Strike is your Q's CC
-it slows so be sure to use it quick to escape champs.

Unstable Matter is an aoe based on your magic damage and their health

Now the meat & potatoes of the skills

Elastic Slingshot your second CC and by far the best.
-this one does knock back, great for interrupt's
-this ability can be used for both quick escapes or diving for a kill
-i know it can be interrupted but don't be to scared let it charge a bit to get out of a predicament

And last but not least Lets Bounce your last CC
-this one does 4 things first you gain MOVEMENT SPEED second it DAMAGES third it SLOWS and last it does KNOCKUP.
