Most situations you will want to start with red buff and after finishing wraiths then blue. Now that you are lvl 3 and have Q, W, and E I usually go straight to Mid for a early gank as I E in from the brush then W followed with a Q. This fill almost always result in a kill or a forced flash. A lot of guides will say to max W first but I like to have the range and reduced cooldown on E for amazing ganks not to mention high dmg!

Note: don't be surprised if you get a penta kill with a well place slingshot followed with a R + E.
