LeBlanc is one of the most hardest match-ups for Zed in my opinion, try to poke her and keep farming at the same time. If you're behind just ask your jungler for a gank or simply try to split-push when you can.
Introduction
I've been playing this game since late Season 2 and I'm an ex-Platinum player. My main role is midlane and I love playing Assassins/Mages.
This is my first guide so don't hate on me plzzz ;_;
Feel free to PM me if you have any question or any feedback on how I can improve my guide(s).

I take Armor Pen. marks simply because Armor Penetration scales really well with Zed's Abilities. You could also take flat AD for a stronger early game but these are better in my opinion.

This is pretty standard, but you can also take Flat Armor Seals. If you're against an AD midlaner like Yasuo or Jayce I would recommend Flat Armor but if you're against any AP midlaner like Ahri, Orianna, Lb etc. I would recommend Scaling Health Seals.

CDR is extremely good on Zed because it allows him to poke and farm a lot better (including the jungle creeps). Also, he becomes less vulnerable to ganks when his W is on a shorter cooldown.

Since I don't like playing without MR, I take 3x Scaling MR Glyphs. In some cases when I'm against AP Mage Assassins such as LeBlanc and Ahri, I prefer 9x Scaling MR Glyphs.

These are pretty standard as well, it gives Zed early game damage. You could also take Armor Penetration Quints but you will be lacking a lot of damage in laning phase so I prefer AD Quints.
You want to catch people out of position, you can do that by hiding in brushes where people want to go farm, warding up their jungle, camping their buffs and basically just play on their side of the map trying to find someone by themselves.
When you use your ultimate and the person is staying to fight you, feel free to use W and try and land a triple Q on that person. Usually that is enough damage to beat any ADC or midlaner.
During the game, you'll be looking for people to solo kill, it's normally easiest to kill the ADC or midlane. They normally go to where the biggest amount of farm is on the map, so head over there and hide in a nearby brush and then play the waiting game for them to come. If they show up anywhere else, push the lane and try to get the turret.
An important thing to note during lane phase is when you're about to hit 6, if you can hit 6 before them and engage it'll almost always guarantee an advantage for you in some way.
And remember, have fun playing! ^o^
