Farming with Zed is pretty easy, especially with your passive which does percentage damage to targets below 50% HP. If your enemy laner is being aggressive don't be afraid to farm with your Q (Razer Shuriken). Farming under tower is easier for Zed so if you need to do that feel free to it opens up your enemy for more ganks!
