In match ups where you cant realistically get an early advantage in lane, try to get your support to roam and play safe. The level adv on ziggs is huge.

Be very careful in lane with your mana, don't spam on the wave pre-tear.

Be on the lookout for opportunities to use Satchel Charge to launch champions towards you into a minefield and q. This can be lethal at all points in the game, and a way to kill people under tower / get people under your tower / in-front of minions to be cc'ed be your support.

Use the minions / walls / structures to land q's as the explosion range is bigger then the hit box of the q.

Mid-late game you can burst most carry's with e r q. Technically the best order is r e q, but i like to see the dmg from e to determine if the r will kill as to not waste it.

Gunna add a more structured early mid late game strategy at a later date.
