Background feels a bit flat. Can add more depth.
Can help if render is blended in with the back ground.
the white c4d/fractal you used in the back ground doesnt go along with the flow.
and could add a light source.
border can be done in many ways. but easiest would be using the select options.

Err, I tried using the select > border, but what do I do after it selects it?.... I can't do anything o:
Anyways, I'm playing around with brushes/fractals. Still really new at this.....

So... I'm pretty sure I need major help when it comes to lighting, and blending the render into the background. I honestly am lost when it comes to doing this. =.=

Double click the top layer. Select "Stroke" in the box that pops up. Select "Inside". Change pixel size, opacity and colour to suit tastes.
