NA flew in an analyst and tried to ban out someone who can't be banned out and let the first 3 picks of China get their strongest champions.
Then Saint got caught out trying to challenge wraiths which had been fully warded by China at the end, which then got Dyrus caught out, which in turn got the whole team caught out. They were going to lose anyway, but that play was dumb nonetheless.

At times like these I find myself feeling that Saint and Scarra should have definitely been swapped out for OddOne and either Link or Regi. Saint had a really ****ty game 1, apart from the Baron steal, while Scarra was pretty useless both times (although he did find his stride on Diana in game 2). What's done is done, though - China just had better cohesion, and NA's excellent bottom lane couldn't overcome their other deficits.

This reminds me of the times when I go 4/0 bot and push down a turret only to discover that our mid fed Kha'Zix so hard that he can 100-0 me. Losing a game because of factors out of your control never feels good, and I bet Doublelift/Xpecial definitely talked about this with Dyrus/Saint/Scarra after the games. A lot of NA's mistakes seem to stem from indecision; I hope they can fix this before their next set.
