Tends to happen in division 1 of any tier if your MMR isn't amazing. My LP gains will speed up if I stay in plat 1 long enough though.

my team keeps telling me to practice vi but i cant because shes always ****in banned or i dont get jungle. i look at your games and u get her all the ***in time, real ****.

LOL. It's not to do with your luck or anything, just at my Elo barely anyone plays her, let alone ban her. People don't play her well enough for her to be OP here. :P
