Free To Play champs being removed from ranked

[/quote] It wouldn't matter if mobafire disallowed it. People would just post their builds in their blog and release the guide as soon as the delay was reached. There's already a voting delay so you can't get to like 90% in the first day of the champion being available.[/quote]
