How much does Soraka suck now?
heres whats going to happen:
q will go to 30/35/40/45/50 mana each cast, down by 5 per rank
w will go to 80/100/120/140/160, down by 10 each rank
e will not give her mana, but will give 50/75/100/125/150 mana to ally, up 25.
what should happen:
leave q and w
e gives ally 50/75/100/125/150, but gives self 25/37.5/50/62.5/75 mana
meanwhile the support that needs to be nerfed most is not getting nerfed at all.

My Solo-mid AP Carry Soraka actually needs mana regen now. Archangel's Staff and I'm good. :)
That is really annoying though... Now she is limited to supporting carries with mana. That means all these Soraka supports have to find another support to help the ones without mana.
