we will have to see how much mana is given by her E now and how the other mana costs are put into place but I do not know if it is a good idea to make playing support even less fun.
Most matches I see it's like: "ok, ok, I do the damn jungle, at least I do not have to be the damn support champ then..."

If you leave the choice to anybody else, you will almost aways end up playing Tank or Support. When they ask for a support, I just get somebody with a stun and farm those minions. When they ask for a tank, I just get somebody with a stun and farm those minions. The only difference, my 'support' is usually a bit squishier, because I can't let the enemies trample all of us.

they aren't even nerfing sona in the long run.
instead of her q aura giving, 8/11/14/17/20 ad/ap, its going to do something stupid like 4/8/12/16/20. they arent even touching her active auras.
exactly, the point i am making is that she will still be significantly better than ever other support, they aren't bringing her down to the level of other supports. The problem is there are fundamental flaws with the other supports that aren't as prevalent as in soraka and sona
