But seriously, he's right. If someone can lock this, do it. Veigar is tier 3 on his best day, and yes, it has to do with everyone else in league has some form of mobility that isn't pure movement speed. He's just a fun champ with a funny personality. He shines in team fights but tends to lose 1v2 if his attempted burst fails.
