New Veigar About to Change the Game

While it was satisfying to just hit an instant stun, that was essentially point and click on an AoE, it's not god for game health. I do think this will drop his win rate considerably and the changes to his Q won't really help him much.[/quote]

Change on his E was necessarry, veigar was even played in OGN couple days ago in support position, not for his damage, but for his instant aoe 2.5 seconds stun and. I don't think this change will accomplish much, veigar will still be very easily gankable, squishy mage without escapes or any mobility.[/quote]

He's definitely not OP though.[/quote]I reaaaaaaaaaaaally hate it when people use the phrase "OP in low Elo". He's not OP in any Elo, people are just less able to capitalize on his flaws in low Elo. Those are two different things entirely. As an aside, Elo is simply the surname of the person who invented it, not an acronym (only the E is capitalized).[/quote]
