Well, if we use Elophant to organize champions into a tier list based on win rate (or something like that) then people can already find that kind've information by searching the champions based on the various filters we provide.
I would have to ask, "What will this feature provide that is not already present on the site, and is that quality worth diverting time away from other projects?"
If you can think of some way to better use it or integrate it into other features, it would be more convincing.
This topic is also just tricky because tier lists are already hotly debated even among pros. I usually see them as a personal opinion thing. It is interesting to get a tier list that is a group consensus, but seems difficult to do in a way that works and would be appreciated / helpful.

It's a community molded list. Meaning that it revolves around what the community as a whole does. Meaning that it's MOBAfail's very own tier list based off of their experiences and their's alone.
