Answering questions considering ADC/Support....

Generally you want to use it when you have the opportunity to catch someone squishy enough. If you have the back up to follow the initiation, always go for it. If your ADC is really fed or your team is behind, you probably should use it to peel for your team. 3) The best advice is to delay your hook as long as possible when you see an opportunity. (Do use every opportunity by all means but when chasing for example, sometimes the enemies try ridicilous dodging pattern so you can just walk and catch them). I wrote something about how to land a [[rocket grab]] in my [[blitzcrank]] guide but I think you can apply the same for [[thresh]]. [spoiler=How to land rocket grab]This is here because I feel like this is the chapter many will be looking for but won't find it from the depths of the guide. Landing the ability is all about predicting the enemy movement. Animation + travel time takes around 0.5s-1s so you need to think where target X will be after that certain amount of time. I will try to demonstrate some of the situations. In lower elos, you rarely see any sidestepping so you just pretty much shoot the grab to the enemy [img=http://lkimg.zamimg.com/shared/guides/300133/images/blue%20turret%203.png] If the enemy is moving, you want to predict where the enemy champion would be next. [img=http://i.gyazo.com/88fbdb3160289932b33715e90e081e6a.png] In higher elos you will come across sidestepping which basically means the enemy outwits you by predicting where you are going to hook next and then steps in the opposite direction. In order to land a slippery guy like this, you need to know the sidestepping pattern the enemy is using. Take that [[corki]] grab for example. Sidestepping the grab would have meant [[corki]] walking down a little bit to dodge the grab and then continue escaping forward. Next time you would want to aim the grab a little bit lower than you usually would. Same thing applies if the enemy is sidestepping left or right like in this example [img=http://i.gyazo.com/456d79e87634963d9ecbec4bc792d47b.png] Next time you would just use [[rocket grab]] little bit more to the left than usual. The dodging pattern may change and sometimes it's just all about guessing where the enemy will dodge next. Do keep in mind that you can't land every single one. Even 50% accuracy is really good. Sometimes it's better not to hook at all. Always try to delay your [[rocket grab]] to the last moment because enemies can try to sidestep the grab so you will see the dodging pattern first and then grab. Sometimes the enemy tries to dodge the grab so much that you can just walk in and use [[power fist]] and then use [[rocket grab]] + [[static field]] if you're 6. When you land [[rocket grab]] against champions that have escape, try to delay [[power fist]] ~0.5 seconds so you will interrupt the escape ability like [[valkyrie]]. You can also try to predict something like [[vayne]]'s [[tumble]] movement for example. (Learn sidestep pattern again) [[Flash]] + [[rocket grab]] is often so surprising that you can just use the grab forward.
