Tanks that are viable for high ELO?

Leona is a support, when played in her most viable role (bot lane), and Jarvan is an off tank. The few full tanks that work - Malphite, Amumu, Rammus, Maokai, Cho Don't be taken aback by the lack of them, most of the time off tanks are used. You may have seen the likes of Galio building a Deathcap, then tankily, for example. That's the best way to play him.[/quote]
