There are a few champions and items missing from the nerfs/buffs list, but some balance changes are really welcome, for me besides the [[Seraphine]] ones, the mage [b]([[Lich Bane]] and [[Horizon Focus]] buffed!! And skinwise, [b]Lunar Beasts[/b] and the [b]Roses[/b] are looking like really interesting skin lines!
