Wait,
Malphite has now the same thing as
Cho'Gath except physical damage? New build incoming:
Boots of Swiftness - Distortion,
Black Cleaver,
Spirit Visage / new
Abyssal Mask (if ever released),
Randuin's Omen,
Zephyr,
Wit's End.
Yeah, you are the tanky shredding god. And actually,
Malphite's base AS is really high.
BTW: Build vs full AD:
Boots of Swiftness - Distortion,
Black Cleaver,
Randuin's Omen,
Iceborn Gauntlet,
Zephyr,
Thornmail. The 500 armor monster is real.

The bigger nerf to
Luden's Tempest is the amount of stacks gained from abilities rather than the damage loss. The nerf is definitely more impactful for the spammy type of champions like
Cassiopeia because of how fast they could charge it with 20 stacks per ability. Now that it's down by 50% per use of a skill the champions with higher cooldowns don't get hit as hard because their ratio of champion movement to ability use for the stacks is a lot higher than the champions with low cooldowns and there was no nerf to the stacks gained from movement.
The nerf to the damage isn't too bad because when you think about it, you are only losing 5 damage per 100AP. Even with 700AP you are only losing out on ~35 damage per hit. It makes much more of a difference in a team fight though as you will then be losing out on ~140 damage. For early game and lane phase the nerf to the damage will be almost unnoticeable. Usually you will be around 200AP when you complete an early Luden's so you will only be losing 10 damage per proc.
Luckily for me
Ahri was one of the champions that the nerf didn't hit as hard because she gains a lot of the passive stacks from the Movespeed on
Orb of Deception and the distance travelled with
Spirit Rush as opposed to being heavily reliant on skill casts to charge it.

This patch has some very interesting changes to offer, with some of the changes already being spoiled in the introduction of this post.
That still leaves more than enough to talk about elsewhere though, with the first notable point being an interesting kit change made to
Moving on from this (intended) buff, there's a pretty big group of strong champions receiving nerfs this time around, with
