This patch includes the Honor Update as well as a number of champion and item balance tweaks. 7.13 also heralds the return of the Random Champion button (in Custom and Blind Pick game modes) and the ability to buy skins in champion select.
Legend of the Poro King returns from June 30, 12:00 PT - July 4, 04:00 PT and July 7, 12:00 PT to July 11, 04:00 PT. Pelt your enemies in a grand snowball fight on the Howling Abyss to summon the resplendent Poro King.

Attack speed Kennen has been dominating the top lane for several patches. With nearly unstoppable scaling in the 1v1 split-push with Blade of the Ruined King, Runaan's Hurricane and Frozen Mallet, Kennen's opponents were left with few options. Instead of scaling off of Kennen's total attack damage, Electrical Surge now has a small amount of base damage plus a bonus AD scaling and a small AP scaling. This should leave Kennen's empowered attacks feeling decent on damage builds, but a lot weaker on this split-pushing build. Riot also changed his stacking mechanic, so Kennen only charges up his next empowered attack when he fires a basic attack, rather than on-hit. This removes his synergy with Runaan's Hurricane since he will no longer be able to charge his empowered attacks three times as fast when pushing. In addition, Lightning Rush received a slight boost to its AP ratio, which should improve Kennen's waveclear in AP builds.
Galio was the only champion to receive a direct nerf this patch, with damage being taken out of his Winds of War tornado, albeit with a slightly higher AP ratio. He'll need over 200 ability power to break even with the nerf, so in most Galio builds this is going to be a straight-up reduction in power. He also channels Hero's Entrance for 0.25 seconds longer, which gives enemies a little more time to react and potentially cancel his ultimate.
Gnar and Maokai received notable buffs this patch, with increased damage on Boomerang Throw and range on Crunch while Maokai received 25 more base health along with 500 more range and a lower cooldown on Nature's Grasp. Trundle also received some beneficial changes, with the return of his ability to Chomp towers. The basic attack following Chomp and Xayah's Double Daggers will now come out faster as the champions gain attack speed.
