The tags feature is not complete yet. We will be adding some more useful ways of browsing by tags very soon. We mainly wanted to get the other features up and figured at least people could start tagging their guides, even if it's not SUPER useful yet. You can however click a tag on a guide to browse for similar guides, which helps a bit :)
As for the tag length... That is a bug, I'll take a look and fix it.

EDIT: I'm not quite sure if this is intentional but, the tag box, is not letting you go past the end of the box. Due to the, rather long tag names, most people are only going to get in 2-3 tags.

ON TOPIC EDIT:Doing some small testing, there is no tag "limit". Is the limit self-monitored? Because, I can put as many as I want.

It appears in the Champion pages that the "Top Rated Guides" section displays the #2 rated guide at the top and doesn't display the #1 recommended guide at all in that section.
I think it also displays the recommendations as the incorrect number on some. For example the kog guides it says the 2 bottom guides have 2 votes, when they only have 1 rec. Maybe it counts recs that have been removed? Or makes all the votes the same as the top votes?
