Blunt teeth are needed in herbivores because plants are much harder to break down than meat. Plant cells are very tough and need to be given quite the beating to break down the cell walls. If this didn't happen, herbivores would not gain anything from their food, it would pass through and be excreted in the same state it was in when eaten.
Honestly the question in and of itself is not scientific in anyway. It is more of a hate question saying "**** you scientists". This entire paper seems more like a complete troll than an actual paper a kid would be given.

I'm pretty sure people know what private schools are....
I've never seen a test like this before, not at my own school, nor at any I've been to. Where are your friends going where they see tests like this? O.o

Thanks to Lugignaf for the sig!
Psi I searched that, there is absolutley nothing mentioning such an animal sorry.
Really it seems like you didn't even read what I wrote and decided to make an attempt at proving me wrong.
1. If you want to actually prove me wrong than bring up an animal that is an herbivore and has sharp teeth, NOT a google search. Your argument is petty.

Dill theres a difference between things used for self defense and things used for eating.
Pandas fight **** too, those "sharp teeth" dont assist them in eating.
Panda's do have some sharp teeth but those are only used for chopping through the bamboo they eat, which they then chew with their molars, WHICH ARE NOT SHARP.
How ****ing difficult is that to understand, have you even to school? ****s sake think a little.
Also:
Congratulations, you disproved your own argument, They have those teeth to attract mates, not to eat.

This isn't science.
Though #7 is probably correct, tbh.
