I wouldn't. Toriko is decent, but nothing special. It has gotten a tiny bit ridiculous with the severity and size of attacks by now(it was better in the beginning). Not quite to the level of Naruto, but getting there.
Tower of God is not the best thing I've ever read, it might have a place in the top 10 though.
But to call it 'amazing in every respect' is giving it too much credit.

Yeah, I can appreciate that the attacks in Toriko are becoming astronomically huge at the moment. But the very setup of Toriko is over the top to begin with. I mean the first thing the main character takes down is a crocodile capable of taking on a tank, so I am not surprised the attacks have gotten to this scale. But what I find attractive about the series is more so it uses this ridiculousness to create a world that's equally ridiculous in comparison to the characters strength.
Thinking about it though, its likely this just applies well to my own personal tastes more than anything.

Okay yeah, I exaggerated on that one. But Even if it doesn't excel in all areas, at the very least it doesn't fail in any particular regard.

on a side note I just stated Magi Labyrinth of Magic and so far it's amazing!
theres actually a spinoff mnga for magi now called "prototype Sinbad", its a prologue about one of he characters in the manga named (you guessed it) Sinbad. Its pretty awesome aswell :)
