Oh yeah, she's great. I love her art.
It also has a surprisingly accurate representation of how hacking works.

Also, holy **** those headphones O.o

I also found a nice little video illustrating a couple of things I disliked with Akame ga Kill!.
I got almost 10 chapters into the manga and it kept going pretty much exactly like it started: almost no redeeming qualities.

Wait those headphones were promoted by this webtoon :o?
Edit: K, reread it and saw it. Wow :D
About the AgK video.
Yes, agreed, 101 Shounen.
About knowing if someone is evil: Yep, as he said, they do stalk them, but you will find that out way later.
But they also get confronted with evil people not really being evil or their human sides.
About our MC skills, actually, he is pretty skilled. Still a shounen hero.
But the rest is pretty right.
Especially, the part of nothing being explained.
In later chapters the author just throws random excuses/reasonings in.
Almost as **** as SOA in this aspect

Honestly I didn't finish AgK but I'd like to say that AFAIK nowhere there is claimed that the assassins are doing the right thing. It's pretty obvious they don't, and it's said multiple times by the members.
Log Horizon is getting a bit interesting again after episode 5, S2 is really going to start now, get rehyped!
EDIT: Also, Donten ni Warau's magic level is at mythological level. So no magical girls, but monster-like people and stuff. Though the main focus is still on the ninjas and epic sword-fighting.

Sadly I do have to agree with you but it has been a part of my weekly read for years now, but yes even Naruto has to come to an end.
Errhem, as an honorary Esdeath fan and someone who marathoned Akame ga Kill in one school night (Only got 4 hours sleep but worth), I would like to have my say.
The main appeal to me is the action. I mean, the action itself is good but not the best, but the characters themselves are just so badass. Seriously, the fight scenes are just so adrenaline pumping in how they just glorify them. I mean, Tatsumi's blood twirl from the second episode was just so awesome, and it literally just lasted a few seconds.
Another thing to like is how daring they are. Not much is censored within the series. I mean, personally, I'm not much of a gore person, but to those that do like it, you won;t be disappointed with what they are willing to show. And be warned, it isn't a series where they ensure that women are safe. The fact that they kill offkawaii anime girls women was shocking to me since most action movies I watch with this much gore are all men dying (Hooray for equal rights?).
But it has Esdeath in it, so all it's flaws are forgiven.
Also, Ninja Trigger, your sig is changing very often O.o
Akame ga Kill spoilers

HiFromBuddah,
your first spoiler is what you call 'Death Flag'.
And it is fairly obvious which character in the Manga raised his/her death flag the highest and just stomped it into Esdese's face.

Still, I would sincerely wish they wouldn't make it so obvious in how they do it.
Minor Spoilers
Thank you to MissMaw for the signatures!
I am not sure if you are supposed to feel anything in these deaths.
You are right. It definitely feels rushed, and the storytelling is brutal (in the sense of enjoyment).
But what if it is supposed to feel distant as this story revolves around a corrupt empire and assassins trying to kill all 'evil'.
I am not saying that the author is trying to do so. It all just seems that way.
After all (especially in manga and anime) you can't just introduce a character, develope a bond to the reader and then kill him/her off. This would bring a huge uproar to communities and modern authors are kinda forced to meet the needs of their 'fanbase' instead of doing what they want.
Obviously, exceptions do exist, but because of lacking fanbase in the main selling country (japan) those do not really get through. Allthough some awesome mangas are out there, just, sadly, not very popular.
