The man in question is Liam O'Brian, who voices
Yasuo. I recognized him as Master Kamiizumi (Bravely Default) but yet didn't realize he was also Caius Ballad (FF XIII-2). Also missed him as Sanctus in Devil May Cry 4, but that one is obvious because it was before I heard his Yasuo.
