Well, you would have to make sure you time it right... and you would have to give up whatever you're doing which then hurts the team... and the person getting sniped has to be on the same page to line up the block... and if Cait is fed with AD and armor pen, the champ that takes the hit, no matter how much health or armor, will be hurting... just saying, there's not THAT much downside to her ult as some people make it out to be
