I think tank garen still has a lot going for him.
Frozen Mallet, Atma's Impaler, Force of Nature, Sunfire Aegis and Aegis of the Legion or Spirit Visage works nicely on him.

Nope, there are too many players that actually think that way to assume that someone isn't trolling.
