I was thinking of the idea of testing Mordekaiser with 5 Hextech Gunblades and a pair of Sorc Boots as a tank. In normal games I build him like that all the time but with the risk of being flamed to death. Will this build work in ranked low elo games aswell ?

What would happen when you play against compentent players

Lol full Gunblade Morde?
*Stun, burst, insta-death

That build gives you zero survivability if you are stunned because your sheild can do jack all then. There are Ashes with tankier builds than that build and they aren't expected to get into Melee Range
