Morello The Nerfmaster of Sucktown

I take a point in this skill first, allowing me to solo the dragon at level 1. Tears of a thousand lol players causes morello to gain stats every time he kills a champion. as an added bonus, every time morello kills another rioter he permanently gains their power. however this skill can only be learned after morello has nerfed a champion. NERF TIME! is morellos ultimate. one random champion in the game is selected, and becomes unable to move, attack, cast spells, or do anything all game. while rather powerful this skill consumes a lot of morello's mana, energy, and fury and so he can only use it once every 2 weeks.[/quote]
