Ghostblade, IMO, is more of an Assassin item. The active makes short work of most champs early and mid game. Its also a great turret pushing item. 4-6 sec of an AS buff can make a difference in lane pushing. Plus, Im sure that turrets cant be effected by TBC.
TBC isn't really anti tank. LW is more anti tank in comparison.
Also: the active on ghostblade is 4-8 sec :P

I've actually been starting to play tank nocturne in solo q and I'm 3/0 with him so far. Build -
Cloth Armor
Health Potionx4(yes, 4)
wriggles lantern
Heart of Gold
Avarice Blade
Let your gold per 5 do its work for as long as possible.
Core:
wriggles lantern
Youmuu's Ghostblade
Mercury's Treads
Force of Nature/
Banshee's Veil
Randuin's Omen
Guardian Angel/
Frozen Mallet/
Trinity Force
It's actually pretty damn powerful, I gotta say.

Ty for the update Sears. I been playing combat arms a lot and yeah.
I think TBC is more anti-tank because it's stacks take off flat armor and ghostblade only has ArP. So unless I misunderstand, I think flat armor reduction (TBC) is a lil better than by passing armor (Ghostblade). Im still trying to get mechs straight lol

Pretty much yea.
"I sexually Identify as an Attack Helicopter. Ever since I was a boy I dreamed of soaring over the oilfields dropping hot sticky loads on disgusting foreigners. People say to me that a person being a helicopter is Impossible and I’m ****ing ******ed but I don’t care, I’m beautiful. I’m having a plastic surgeon install rotary blades, 30 mm cannons and AMG-114 Hellfire missiles on my body. From now on I want you guys to call me “Apache†and respect my right to kill from above and kill needlessly. If you can’t accept me you’re a heliphobe and need to check your vehicle privilege. Although I built Noct rather "Glassy" at first, I remodeled him to build like a slightly DPS but mostly as an offtank. Jungling with him is fun and If you build bulky He takes the aggro because people dont suspect it due to all the people who build him like a glass cannon. Couldn't agree more on your point "Flubadoo".

The CDR is mostly for your ult.
TBC is viable, but I still think Ghostblade is the better choice.
I agree.
