@Dufftime To be honest, I would rather stack armor penetration! I mean, Trynd's Bloodlust already acts as an attack damage steroid, for the early game (which is when flat AD runes help most!) Also, none of trynd's abilities stack with AD.
Although Apotheosis recommends using Crit runes, i wouldn't recommend that, either since in your build, you'll get +35% crit from your passive Battle Fury, 25% crit from your Infinity Edge, and 30% crit from Phantom Dancer = 90% crit which is enough for me =)
If I helped you out, be sure to throw me a +Rep!

Crit stacks with AD.

Crit runes are ****.

AD is king. Use AD.

Crit and AD also stack with armor penetration, attack speed and crit damage.
You use bad maths.

Thanks to Jeffy40Hands for the quilt!

I think the main point to make about CrC and CrD runes is that they're only good when the crit actually happens, and generally only really come good in the lategame. So, if your CrC is 70%, the CrD or CrC runes will be completely ineffectual, and worthless, around a third of the time. I'm not sure if I like those odds or not :/
While AD and ArPen runes have an effect everytime, regardless of probability, and scale OK into the lategame. I think that's why some people prefer them.

AD quints+ArP marks. They give the biggest damage out of all the damage increasing runes.
ArP marks are better than AD marks because of Tryn's big base damage.

You should obviously be using armor seals and MR glyphs with that.
"I saw [Twilight: Eclipse] in theaters with a girl I was dating at the time. I spent more time staring at my toes and wiggling them than I did watching this abomination. When Edward proposed to Blank Face, I finally looked up with a revelation.
I blurted out loud, in a dead silent theater full of teenage girls on opening night "Wait a minute, Edward has no blood flow. How does he get an erection?" I heard several men laughing, and had several girls turn and stare at me.

I did not get laid that night." - Berengier817

You can get defensive seals and glyphs for sure, they're useful in any situation. A full AD page would probably be more for when you get a feel for the champion and his capabilities. I wouldn't run a full offensive page as a novice tryndamere player.
Thanks to Fatelblade for the sig!

15 ArP and 13 AD is pretty good. I would try that :)
