About AD Champions and Spell Vamp

So, as we all know, there is no Spell Vamp item available for AD champions. But, when having an AP character in your team (mostly the mid-laner or the support) build a you can get the Spell Vamp Aura without wasting a whole inventory space for it. So, How efficient can it be to have this status on an AD Champion and which champion would benefit the most from it?

This question is for pure curiosity and i don't think it might be viable.

An AD caster with a lot of single target I guess.

So something like Urgot I think.

Lee Sin also works great with spellvamp.

Yeah, he's like the only AD caster that isn't an assassin. Blue doesn't count since his Q doesn't apply spell vamp anyway.

Ive always wondered about that... Wasn't there an item on a map other than SR that gave AD and Spell Vamp? Why don't they make another one... Would it be broken on the champions previously mentioned?
