Easily one of the worst patches in terms of balance. How a champion like Cassiopeia gets nerfed while the most broken ****ing champion in the game Azir remains untouched is ****ing incredible. Personally I think Fizz is way more OP than Azir, but they're both problematic Champions.

He needs to have the ability spam because otherwise people move a little bit and he can't deal damage coz cooldowns.
