We could see zilean again as a support. Mid lane im unsure of since he still has one damage spell thats it your team light not have alot of damage if you run with mid lane but alot of utility. He has that AOE stun now so support might be very good and all lower mana costs.

The new Time Bomb is really strong. The travel time is a non-factor with how fast it travels.

Ehh, I disagree. I think it's still too easy for champions to dodge time bomb. It might play a bigger factor in the bot lane, where champions have low mobility and the time bomb can be more easily chained onto minions for the stun damage.
Zilean mid lane isn't a thing anymore though. I played against him in mid, and he got absolutely decimated by my LeBlanc

People say same thing about nidalee spears just dodge them ya you can just dodge everything all the time.

i think in team fights he is better now because of the stun. even if it isn't that easy to land it.
however instead of the rework they could've just given back him the global passive..
