He attacks them multiple times a second dealing 12 (+0.2 / 0.235 / 0.27 / 0.305 / 0.34 per attack damage) physical damage per shot. Urgot can move while firing and has 40% slow resistance, but loses 125 movement speed. At max rank, this ability lasts indefinitely and can be toggled on and off.
