You don't have that mastery if you just last hit tho, as it does not apply on the first attack.

I think he speaks about trading, and generally you Volley then AA with Ashe, making your passive proc instantly.

This is great, and another small thing I noticed is that you can get an early Avarice without one of the usual downsides because it actually gives you consistent damage. Plus, I'm not sure about it but I'm assuming that Shiv's passive damage always crits too.

I just realized how high the passive scaling is. 190% with IE + PD, that's practically a normal ADC without IE having 100% crit chance.

So I read. I just meant a player I know likes her, not "we have tons of success in coordinated ranked 5s games." I'm surprised to not see her at least mentioned alongside the likes of Draven and Lucian.

I can see why she wasn't put up there, I mean she isn't that strong unless she's in the right team comp.
