Although I gotta say you should send a ticket to Riot Support so they remove the map from your game since you never use it :^)
Anyone know which one is truly the best keystone for him? I think Thunderlord's is probably slow-ish to proc midgame+. Warlord's probably isn't too bad because the extra 30% AS is converted into AD for that time (or should be if Riot isn't ****), Furor also seems too slow since he takes a year to reach 8 stacks, and
Deathfire Touch
gives him +100 damage /ability midgame which is around +200-300 damage/ability lategame, although it's magic damage so it's mitigated by all sorts of mres.
Stormraider's might not be too awful although it seems overkill to stack MS on a guy that gets MS boosts out of all of his crits.
Overall I'd say Warlord's and DFT might be the best options since he has a great deal of AoE and DFT scales really well with his abusive bonus AD.
Thoughts?

Thunderlord's Decree
is good. Maybe
Warlord's Bloodlust
is good, but I still haven't tried it yet. I'll test it later to see if it is good or nah.
Thanks to jhoijhoi for the sig! (Tekken!)
I personally prefer
Warlord's Bloodlust
. You lose a bit early game for taking it, but the health you get back later on is worth it IMO.
Fervor of Battle is not even an option.
Thunderlord's Decree is like the only real alternative to the first one, though it's use feels slow, considering your sluggish attack speed. I'd rather take this keystone mid lane, just to get that extra early game burst for the first blood (combine Whisper's 4th shot with this and they won't even know what hit them), but other than that, I think Warlord's is better in the long run.
Haven't tried Deathfire yet, it could be decent actually, though I feel like it falls off later on.
BTW, what build path have you guys been using? I usually go straight for Infinity Edge > Rapid Firecannon > Berserker's Greaves > Essence Reaver and then I get some lifesteal/defence. Mercurial Scimitar seems very useful on this guy considering that if he gets jumped on, he's dead.
Level 4 Jhin here already xD

The issue is that not having Thunderlord's when the enemy ADC does will regularly lose you trades.
There are two factors to measure the strength of Thunderlord's on an ADC: can they proc it well in lane and can they reliably keep the proc factor up midgame onwards?
If they can't proc it up well in lane, most of them won't care for it anymore after precision changes, thunderlord's window for proc decrease and other masts buffs (caitlyn, tristana up to an extent, ashe, etc). And, in my opinion, if they can't keep the proc rate up (with attack speed or ability chaining) from midgame onwards, it's still not worth.
I'm not sure Jhin procs it fast enough, and he's also very pick/poke focused, which means you're wasting a keystone for a great majority of the time after lane phase. He also isn't particularly great against the one of the best thunderlord's user - Lucian. He does ok vs Ezreal unless the ezreal gets a good engage from the support, where his passive will give him a really good advantage in the skirmish, he has decent CC chain potential against Miss Fortune because she has little mobility and you might pick her with W.
Still think people might be underevaluating the potential of Deathfire Touch on him: he has great poke potential and his abilities are AoE. DFT scales with 60% Bonus AD which his passive gives plenty and he needs to cast to be effective and not stay be a sitting duck during reloads. +200-300 damage lategame on every ability hit (- MR mitigation) doesn't seem too bad tbh. I mean, thunderlord's needs 3 hits, scales with 30% bonus AD and can only proc once every 15 seconds lategame.
I seriously believe that, unless Intelligence is a mastery for Jhin (and I honestly doubt it is better than Precision for him), the true 2 contenders are DFT and Warlord's (which he can proc from level 1 because his 4th shot is a crit, healing him for a really small amount and giving his abilities a small boost but the ability scales upwards from there), with thunderlord's being a nice mastery to really snowballl on easy matchups or matchups where you have a reliable good engage on your support.
