I haven't been playing jg lately as I started to main Cassiopeia and became sort of an OTP, but I can say that your strategy definitely is worth the shot. The only problem I see is that when landing Q and W, the enemy will usually try to escape instead of fighting back, so I don't think Aftershock is really getting value in 1v1s, so I prefer Predator just to chase better, since I still fight the enemy jungler like you do, maybe I take a little more damage, but that's okay.
Anyways, when I can I will give it a shot and maybe will add another runepage to the guide, thank you for your ideas!:D
You made an application in the guide review thread, so here it is! (sorry, it is a bit late, although you don’t seem to be short on the review supply xD)
Looking back, perhaps I was a bit too enthusiastic on the spelling part...
Anyway, that’s it, use what you want & I hope it helps. Feel free to reply if you have any questions/remarks.
Good luck with updating & upgrading your guide and have a nice day!
I will also add some of the things you suggest in the items section, I hadn't noticed that I didn't explain correctly when to buy what, so thank you!!
These are just my suggestions, and you can take any of the ones you want. Also, thank you for reviewing my guide as well!
as always, these are just like my opinions, so take them as you wish /shrug

Thanks bby
For example: An enemy Xin Zhao, Olaf or Lee Sin can easily win an 1v1 because of the sustain or because they can avoid your damage. On the other hand, a Fiddlesticks or Kayn have no way of winning if you fight on the jungle. For ganking is the same, you can't just go and gank the 2/0 enemy darius, even with your toplaner, you have to be careful.
I think cho's strenght relies in the fact that once you have landed your first AA they have no way of escaping you (even more with red buff), so if you are invading and the enemy starts trying to escape instead of fighting, you probably have a kill there (if you land your q obviously). ALso, level 6 is a huge powerspike in your kill potential.
TL DR: Be careful, learn your matchups, and once you're level 6 maybe relax a bit.
This is what I'd consider a "midrange" guide in terms of depth and quality. You've started getting a bit into the real meaty gameplay stuff and the basic info & formatting is mostly there. Other than some of the visual improvements I suggested in my review, I think the biggest goal I'd recommend focusing on is expanding the depth of information you have to really teach people how to win games as Cho. More information on matchups, team fighting, jungle tracking and post-first-clear pathing would be helpful. Other potential topics you could cover would be more specific ganking tips (like how to set up dives, lane ganks or how to time when to go in) or advice on how best to use Control Wards. There's a lot of directions you could go, but overall, more content would be good to see in the future. What you have here is a great start and already has enough info to help new Cho'Gath jungle players get started, but if you keep adding to the guide over time, it could become a really great resource.
Hope you find this review helpful. Good luck with your guide!
Could you review it again after I'm finished?
Again, thanks a lot for your time <3
