I don't think crit works on towers, so I'm guessing pure AD/AS.

I see more Sunfires than Randuins atm, and I must say that I am preferring Sunfire above Randuins too. Really hated that nerf. Really.

What about replacing Randuin's with Frozen Heart (on mana champs obviously)? I've done that lately with really good results. I still like to stack the two, but they feel sort of interchangeable...
I also think that a haunting guise is a good item to include early in most AP builds. It gives decent health, AP, and magic pen, if the champ has decent AP ratios it's pretty good and if they have ****ty ones it's really good.
Also: what about CoH (
) on Mana dependent tanks? Every mana dependent tank has horrible starting mana and needs MP regen, and the MR is a nice bonus.

Everyone seems to think it's a cheap noob item...and it is cheap, but it does its job extremely well.

It's kind of like
Haunting Guise - it's so cheap it can be a good early game item, but with a lvl 18 mana pool + Banshee's Veil, mana shouldn't be a problem.

They are really great items to buy early and sell later. They're almost ways to avoid buying Doran's items lol (I use them this way in a lot of cases).
